1. How long does it take to ship my order?
We pack and ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.
2. When will my order arrive?
Most packages arrive within 6 to 12 business days after shipping. Timing depends on your location and the carrier.
3. How do I track my package?
You can track your order anytime at FleekFit.com/apps/parcelpanel. Just enter your order number or tracking number to check the latest updates.
4. Can I return an item if it doesn’t work for me?
Yes. You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. It needs to be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
5. Do you offer product exchanges?
We recommend placing a new order for the size or style you want, and returning the item you don’t need. It’s faster and helps avoid missing out if stock runs low.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping. We suggest using a tracked service to make sure your return gets back to us safely.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check your return (usually within 2 to 4 business days), your refund is processed. It should hit your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your payment provider. If it's been longer than 15 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
9. I didn’t get my confirmation email, what now?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email support@FleekFit.com and we’ll resend it.
10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you contact us quickly after ordering, we’ll try to make changes before the order ships. No promises, but we’ll do what we can.
11. How do I reach your team?
Email us anytime at support@FleekFit.com. We’ll reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
12. When are you available?
We respond Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm ET. If you reach out on the weekend or a holiday, we’ll reply once we’re back.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now, FleekFit ships only within the U.S.
